Welcome to the AFTOL Structural and Biochemical Database. This site features data compiled from published literature and research in progress on subcellular traits of the Fungi. You may search the database using classification level, an organism's name, and/or one or more character states to compile desired taxa and their corresponding NEXUS files containing character state information.

General users: We recommend reading the "How to Use the Database" section and the Character List in order to get an idea of what data are available and to optimize your search results.

Database contributors: Please read the sections recommended to casual users above, as well as the "Add or edit taxa" section within the "How to" guide.
